- Initial client meeting, to discuss brief and budget.
- Estimate fee structure by Sandford Design, sent to client.
- Contract for Architectural Services signed.
- Site investigation carried out by Sandford Design.
- Surveyors produce topographical plan etc.
- Scheme design prepared.
- Meeting with client to discuss preliminary design.
- Final developed design agreed on.
- Resource consent applied for with the Council.
- Project information memorandum applied for with the Council.
- Building consent drawings prepared.
This will involve consultation with Engineers etc.
Working drawings and specification. - Checking
- Building consent applied for with the Council.
Sandford Design will follow the project through the Council till building consent is approved. - Building work can commence on site.
