Road perspective.

This is an alteration by Sandford Design.
The client wanted more living space, new double garage with easy access from the road and a top story to take advantage of the spectacular sea views. The basement was also developed to add another bedroom and living space opening to the pool.

The house is under construction so all the photos are computer generated perspective.
