Alterations Pleasant Place

This is an alteration by Sandford Design.
We were required to add an extra story to take advantage of the spectacular sea views on this long narrow site, and add extra living space kitchen and master bedroom. The striking design feature of the house is the shape and form of the roof. This has the southern end low to keep within the height in relation to boundary and the northern end slopes up to give a high vaulted ceiling to open up to the sea views.
