This is a new home designed by Sandford Design.
This is one of the most exciting jobs we have done. This is a hundred acre island in the Hauraki Gulf. The Client wanted a holiday home in a simple yet practical beach batch style. Everything had to be transported to the island by barge and then moved to the building site by helicopter. There is no power or water out there. The house is not quite finished but well on the way.
