This is a new house designed by Sandford Design.
The client wanted a modern family home with as much sun a possible. All the main living areas on one level was the main request, and the kitchen was to be the heart of the home with two separate living areas close by (which could also be utilised as one large area). The client needed four bedrooms and a study each opening out onto an outdoor patio, along with a media room, and a generous open entry.
