This is a new house designed by Sandford Design.
The client wanted a home to take advantage of the sea views and north sun to the 2 living areas. It is to have 4 bedrooms and a media room. All the living rooms open onto a deck along the north and west sides to take advantage of the sun and sea views. The front entry, media room and garage are in the basement.
