This is a new house for Mark Sandford. A steep difficult site with Council drainage through the building platform. The site had been for sale for some time but because it had so many issues, most people had been put off. Mark saw this as a challenge and designed a north facing, large living area, open plan, 4 bedroom, beach batch style house, for his young family. The house is still under construction so the pictures are computer generated.
