Mark designed the renovation of our two-bedroom house in Howick, turning it into a spacious three-bedroom home that works so much better for us. Opening up the entranceway completely changed the house, with natural light now flowing right through it, and the new master suite and ensuite have been a massive upgrade. The whole project was really well planned around our budget. Mark handled the consent process for us and made that side of things easy, and communication was great throughout. Any revisions were handled quickly and clearly. We're stoked with the result.

I have worked with Sandford Design since constructing a new build for them in 1991. They have always been excellent to deal with from initial design right through to successful completion. Their most recent design was the Picton Centre renovation which we have just completed. The combination of Merv's experience with young guns Mark and Phill is an unbeatable combination.
